Executor dodgy dealing

Hi all
First time I posted on here and any advice would be grateful
I will put in a order
I am a beneficiary as well as 3 others and 1 of them is also a executor.
There was another executor but she denounced her position leaving only 1.

In January 20
Recieved a letter of intent from executor he is going to buy the estate property. For £160000k even thou he refused an offer of £165000k.
Us 3 beneficaries replied in letter we have no objection as long as he obtain 3 valuations to get a fair market price.
Executor replied he know what it worth and that’s what he will pay.
We also asked how he would fund the purchase.
Executor replied. From sale of property abroad.
We have never gave him permission to purchase the estate property. But recieved a cheque of around £30k each.
We took the money as we had fears we would not get any due to his past.
He has since sold the property for £220k making a large profit and now has moved and basically done a bunk.
We have question a lot of his dealings like keeping the estate furniture not selling it and putting it in storage and estate paying for storage fees
What I would like to know is
Can we claim rent as he moved in and lived there 33months free.
Do we have a right to the profit on the estate property.
Is he personally liable for these losses to the estate and can the 3 remains beneficiaries take him to a claims court.

Any advice would be great.
