Is anyone able to give an indication as to what the Probate Registry’s current turnaround is for Ad Colligenda Bona grants please?
Is anyone able to help me please? I managed to speak to the Probate Registry yesterday and they couldn’t give any timescales other than to say it would be escalated as the deceased had already exchanged contracts before he died. If anyone has recently applied for an ad colligenda bona grant I would be really grateful to know how long it took to arrive. Thank you
