We have used Robert Jelski at Dickinson Cruickshank Ramsey for several years, without a problem. Just be warned that the IOM Probate Registry is very pedantic and will drive you up the wall until they accept the Application for filing. Once accepted the process if is fairly quick. Robert will handle the collection of the assets in the IOM and account to you in the UK or to the beneficiaries.

It is open to you to make the application to the Isle of Man Probate Registry yourself if you are minded. I have done this on a couple of occasions, although I would warn that they are particularly fastidious.
All you need is an Isle of Man address for service, for which you should be able to use the relevant bank/asset.
