Have an instruction that includes a joint property and joint bank account in Spain with widow. Whole value of house £130K and £100K bank account. With Hs share at £115K, will this be a non-excepted estate or does the joint aspect make it excepted.
A Spanish lawyer is instructed and no Spanish Will but is a UK Will.
