Just wondered whether anyone was experiencing the same issues with registered LPAs. Since last year the majority of the registered LPAs which I have received back from the OPG have been stuck together where the validation perforation is at the bottom. The issue being is that you cannot prize them apart without the possibility of causing damage to that validation stamp which in turn will invalidate the LPA. In some instances I have managed to separate the pages, but those which I can’t I have to explain this silly issue to the client and obtain office copy LPAs from the OPG, at no cost.
I have written a number of complaint letters to the OPG about this issue and draw their attention to it when sending the stuck together LPA back. I often find that the office copies are not very good ‘quality’ and the clients do tend to pick up on these things.
Just wondered if anyone else is experiencing the same issue?
