Lasting Power of Attorney - Replacement Attorneys

In light of Miles and another v Public Guardian (2015) EWHC 2960, would it be valid in an LPA to appoint two original attorneys, A and B, to act jointly, with a replacement provision that A is to be replaced by B and C (acting jointly) and B is to be replaced by A and D (acting jointly)?
