Dear All
One of my colleagues who deals with Court of Protection work is trying to find a mortgage lender or broker willing to lend on income comprising of gratuitous care (family care) payments. There seems to have been a reluctance historically and our client is having no success in securing a mortgage despite being in receipt of this regular source of monthly income.
Does anyone know of any broker or lender that could assist?
