Letters of Administration with Will annexed de bonis non

When applying for Letters of Administration with Will annexed de bonis non, am I right in thinking any one of the residuary beneficiaries can apply alone? If thats wrong, and they must all apply, does the Personal Representative of a beneficary who survived the Deceased but has since died need to join in the application?

Thanks

Assuming there are no trustees of residue, my understanding is that any one or more of the resi bens can apply for LOAWA without notice. As with LOA on intestacy, those with equal entitlement can just apply and don’t need to give notice to the others.

Lovely. Thank you very much for responding.
