Will the RNRB be lost, in whole or in part, where a Will leaves the estate, including a property, to two sons in equal shares and one son buys the other out of the property using a limited company owned solely by himself and his spouse?
The deceased’s QRI is contained in the estate at death and closely inherited under the Will. A subsequent disposal of it or his interest in it by a beneficiary does not affect RNRB in charging the estate.

Thanks Jack. I was overthinking it!
