I am helping with an estate which has some complications owing to a gift made (possibly) to a charity in Malta, however it is unclear for a few reasons. I am trying to find out whether there is an equivalent of the charity commission in Malta to help in this, is this something anyone may have come across before? My attempts at just searching the internet are not leading to much unfortunately.
