We have a client who set up a New Zealand trust prior to moving to
Norway. It is likely she is now domiciled in Norway. The trust holds
New Zealand real estate and investments. Can members recommend tax/
legal advisers they have worked with who could provide Norwegian advice
in respect of the current obligations in respect of the trust? They
will also need to work with us on our client’s estate planning. Thank you.
