Online or Postal Grant Application - Executor Removed by Section 50 AJA

Has anyone applied online for a grant of probate where section 50 of the Administration Justice Act 1985 (AJA) has been relied on to remove an executor appointed in the Will? The online application form (and PA1P) do not give the option for removal by s.50 AJA as a reason why the executor is not applying.

Schedule 3 of the NCPR 1987 (listing the exceptions to the requirement to use the online portal) does not include situations where an executor has been removed under s.50 AJA (it does include removal by s.116 Senior Courts Act 1981).

If I’m correct in thinking that this is a situation where s.50 AJA was used to remove an executor before grant, it may be that the forms don’t cater for that as it was only in 2013 that it was established that it could be used in a pre-grant situation to remove an executor.
