We are dealing with an estate where one of the beneficiaries lives in Belarus.
Belarus are on the sanctions list and we are in a position to make a distribution.
We have tried contacting the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) but have received no response and we are struggling to find any clear guidance on bank transfers.
Has anyone had dealings with Belarus and can offer any advice?
