Power of appointment question

Hello Forum

Layperson question,
on the following part of a power of appointment.

"An appointment may create ANY provisions and in particular:
dispositive or administrative powers;”

If the settlor, or testator, wishes to give trustees as much flexibility in the provisions that the trustees can create. Is the inclusion of the word “ANY” or another word with a similar meaning of significant importance?

My thoughts “any” may assist the trustees in creating provisions that are not allowed otherwise.
Such as a provision to even allow lay trustees to charge.

Can you please recommend any reading on the power of appointment?

Thank you
Neil
