Does anyone have a timescale for the secondary legislation to bring this into force?
Appears to have been last November.
The Act states that s3 comes into force on Royal Assent [which was 18th September] and s2 two months later [ie 18th November].
However the rest is on such day or days as the Lord Chancellor appoints [by S.I.] and I do not think any has yet been made.
