Providing a Copy of a Previous Will

We prepared a Will for a client in 2016, whereby the Testator left everything to his daughter. He subsequently lost capacity. In 2019 he did a new Will with another firm under suspicious circumstances and, unsuprisingly, his Will now leaves his estate to someone else. The daughter has now approached us asking for a copy of the 2016 Will. Are we able to simply provide her with a copy?

Many thanks.

If the testator has died ask the daughter to instruct you to enter a caveat? If she has instructed someone else they should serve a Larke v Nugus letter on you.
