Renunciation of entitlement to Letters of Administration wording

I am dealing with an intestacy where the mother of the deceased has renounced her right to the Letters but remains entitled to the estate. Can anyone share any settled wording for the statement of truth covering this point to save me waiting forever for the DPR to respond? Thanks

Hello, I have a similar situation where a separated spouse of the deceased would like to renounce her right to the estate under the intestacy rules.

How would you go about dealing with this now on the PA1A application form?
