RNRB and Deed of Variation

The father, mother and daughter have died in succession without a grant or a variation. I am looking to prepare Deeds of variation of the estates but to ensure that the RNRB and TRNB are available to the parent’s estates.

A cash gift will not allow this but i believe the following should

3.4.1 The first THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND POUNDS (£350,000) to daughter

3.4.2 The balance of the sale proceeds to pass to the new beneficiaries.

Is this correct please?

Not sure how anyone could answer this without some knowledge of the contents of the wills of each, if any, and the ownership of the property.
