Royalties - Performing Rights Society

I have Will instructions from a client receiving Royalties for his ‘library music’ which may well continue many years after his death. My brief research so far shows that such Royalties will form part of his Estate and perhaps he should consider appointing a literary executor. Whilst I have a precedent for such an appointment my resources do not include any precedent for a suitable clause within the Will to gift such benefits. Can anyone point me in the right direction.
