Scheme returns on the new platform

Having been aware that there was a migration from Pension Schemes Online to the manage pension schemes platform I’ve just done it having noticed that I couldn’t do a pension scheme return on the old platform. I’ve now migrated the SSAS of which I’m administrator but note that HMRC seem to be saying I now only need to file a scheme return if they ask me to. Previously I did it every year (by end Jan which is why of course I’m looking at it now). I had no notice in the post nor was there an online message on the old platform. Am I right in assuming therefore that I won’t need to do one this year, or is there a trick for finding a request/notice hidden away somewhere on the new platform.

Any guidance from anyone else who’s dealt with this will be much appreciated.

The answer to my own question seems to be that HMRC send a return demand letter as soon as you move to the new platform.
