Seeking a property trust barrister

Can anyone recommend a barrister who could provide an opinion on some pre-emption rights in an old trust deed. I am advising the trustees of a property trust where land was purchased from a local authority in the 1940s on which to build a place of worship. The conveyance gives pre-emption rights to the local authority to repurchase the land in the event the building ceases to be used as a place of public worship. I have advised the trustees to seek Counsel’s opinion on the enforceability of the pre-emptions and the local authority’s remedies for breach. If anyone can recommend a suitable barrister, I would be very grateful. Thank you.
