Sending inheritance to Court of Funds

We are looking to transfer inheritance to the Court of Funds due to a beneficiary’s lack of response. Has anyone had experience with this/knows what Court the form CFO103 and witness statement should be sent to for stamping and sealing, to then be sent on to the Court of Funds office?
