Kessler’s advice (Drafting Trusts 13th Ed page 420) is to leave small sums ( e.g in this case would be up to £16K ) to a suitable individual who will use the funds (without obligation -ultimately in trust anyway) for disabled beneficiary rather than creating a full DT.
Could someone help with a suitable precedent (and heading too) for such a clause please. Cannot find any on Kessler or other precedent books I have.
