Could anyone please recommend a lawyer in Southern Ireland to assist with an estate comprising land held in County Kilkenny?

Being pedantic, there is no such country as Southern Ireland. Northern Ireland is a country and is part of the United Kingdom. Under the Irish Constitution the remainder of the island is known as Ireland but in this country it is “officially” called the Republic of Ireland.
