Spanish and UK Will

I am dealing with an estate UK Will for UK Assets and Spanish Will for Spanish Assets.
Deceased is a UK domicile.
I need to apply for probate of both Wills.
I assume this requires two separate grant applications one for each Will, do I complete an IHT400 for the UK estate and an IHT205 for the Spanish estate or do I complete 2 x IHT400.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I would have thought the Spanish Will was purely for the Spanish probate process and not for submitting for probate here (unless the Spanish regime won’t accept that). I’m not sure it would even be accepted here if it doesn’t cover any UK assets.

Either way, you would still complete a single IHT400 for the entire estate.
