Please can you help with the below.

If Mr x was to purchase a property jointly with the Trustees of a Discretionary Will Trust, as tenants in common, is stamp duty chargeable at the higher rate?

I believe so: Para 2(3) Sch 4ZA FA 2003

The trustees will be caught under Para 4 of that schedule.
