Good afternoon, I am sorry if this has been raised previously. I have a will with an IPDI for surviving spouse in a property, and then remainder to children. Surviving spouse has now died and property is being sold. My understanding is that the trust ends on the death of the LT and passes to the remaindermen under the terms of the original T’s will and no other documentation to terminate the IPDI would be required, is this correct?
