I have a client who owns his property in his sole name. He has a partner and 2 afdult daughters who live with him. He wants to transfer part of the property into the names of the daughters.
I have warned him of the risks of it being regarded as a GWROB.
What percentage is reasonable to transfer to the daughters for it to not be regarded as such?
