Could members assist please . I have funds from a life interest trust at the end of the administration of the estate. One Trustee wants to add further trustees and distribute , the other does not .
Obviously I need the same instruction from both and otherwise I cannot act .
I can request they open a Trust account so that I can pay the funds across . They were going to invest with the assistance of a financial advisor but that discussion has broken down .
If they don’t open an account would I state that the funds are paid into court .
