I would be glad to hear from anyone who has any experience of dealing with the above company and in particular if you have an example of one of their trusts.
We have been asked to help in a situation where the parents’ property was placed in trust through this company and a form B restriction placed on the title. The parents have both died and the family wish to sell the property but cannot satisfy the purchasers or the Land Registry as to the form B restriction, because they do not have a copy of the trust deed. The company was dissolved following liquidation and the former owner will not help.
