Can anyone recommend an insurance broker or insurance company who may be willing to insure a trust property occupied by a beneficiary?

Try http://www.simpsonparsons.co.uk/ and https://packetts.com/private-clients/. I find them both very helpful (although have not used them for trusts, but as insurance brokers they should hopefully be able to find you something).
