Two Trusts One Legal Title

Can someone assist we have a matter where two settlements have been set up for the equitable interest in land. Part of the land is now being sold but the trusts were never registered at the LR. We have tried to rectify this but only one trust can hold the legal tile.

Is there a way to resolve this eg a new dec of trust which would provide details of each respective trusts respective interests? Then register this on the title?

Any guidance here would be appreciated.

The settlor and all trustees are all still living

Try a new declaration of trust evidencing the interest owned by the existing trusts, then register the trustees of the new trust at HMLR with a restriction.

Is there also a way to remove a trustee if there is an executed deed of appointment and retirement at the land registry without executing a TR1 or creating a disposal etc?

I understand that the LR woill not register land in the trust now and only the trustees names?
