Undated Will, unresponsive witnesses

Dear All,

I am looking for a comment on how members might submit an application to prove a Will that is not dated.

One of the witnesses has died and the other has not responded to a request for assistance.

The Will was professionally drafted and then sent to the client at their home for them to execute.

Many thanks,

“A will does not have to be dated to be valid, however it is important that it is to ensure it is the last will of the deceased.
There is a presumption of due execution if, on the face of it, a will is properly executed.”
