We are trying to find a US lawyer for a client to discuss preparing a US Will.
We have a client has dual nationality (UK and US). He was born in Ohio but was last resident in North Carolina (this is where he’s registered to vote) and his assets held are in New York (pensions, life insurance and an IRA).
I think the starting point will be North Carolina?
Any guidance from the forum will be much appreciated.
