I have been asked by an old client if we can recommend anyone who can advise on a US will trust for a minor. The beneficiary is resident in the UK and her Mother wants advice on the trust being exported to the UK as she is unhappy with funds remaining in the US until her daughter reaches 25 which is some 14 years away.
