Validating an English Will for Scottish confirmation

We have been asked to validate a Will prepared by the firm (in England) for confirmation/probate in Scotland. I understand that we need to (a) sign a document that states the Will is valid in the country it was made, and (b) write and sign a statement on the original Will itself.

Can anyone provide the wording for (a) and (b)?

Susan England
Judge Sykes Frixou

The wording is contained in Currie on Confirmation of Executors page 459, copied below.

The wording on the will could say something like:

[place] [date]

This is the will referred to in my Form of Opinion of this date.
