What wording do you use to appoint a Trust Corporation in a Will including the charging clause. Has STEP provided a clause?

Most trust corporations will have their own preferred appointment clause.
I suggest you contact the one in question to ascertain their preference.
The STEP Provisions, 3rd Edition, include provision (9 and 10) for a trust corporation to be remunerated and act in accordance with its standard terms and conditions. But this is a fall-back and should not be an alternative to inclusion of the C’s usual appointment clause.
